Welcome to Build n Found. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.buildnfound.com and any web design services you purchase from us. By using this website, requesting a quote, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Build n Found designs and builds websites for small businesses across the United States, including new websites, website redesigns, landing pages, and ongoing website plans, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The exact scope of each project — pages, features, number of revisions, and timeline — is agreed with you by email before work begins.

Quotes, pricing, and payment

Prices published on this website are fixed starting prices and are shown in U.S. dollars. Your personalized quote confirms the final price for your project before any payment is due — there are no surprise fees. Unless your quote states otherwise:

• Work begins once the agreed initial payment is received.
• The final deliverables are handed over once the balance is paid.
• Payments are made by the methods stated in your quote.

The Monthly Website Plan costs $79/month and requires a 12-month commitment. For Landing Website and Business Website, optional hosting costs $20/month and includes maintenance and 2 changes per month. Without our hosting, we deliver your website files and the launch process. Payment and renewal details are confirmed in your quote. We do not offer free custom demos or unpaid sample work before payment.

Timelines and client responsibilities

Delivery estimates (for example, "live in 1–2 weeks") start once we have received your payment, your content (text, images, logo), and your feedback on time. Delays in providing content or feedback extend the timeline accordingly. You confirm that any content you give us — including text, images, and logos — is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Revisions and approvals

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design and content before launch. After approval and launch, additional changes are quoted separately or covered by your ongoing plan.

Intellectual property

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for you. Build n Found retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries, and know-how used to build it, and the right to feature your finished website in our portfolio and marketing (let us know in writing if you need your project kept confidential). All content on this website itself — text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to Build n Found and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website is provided "as is." While we work hard to deliver quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the internet, third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, registrars, or social networks), or specific search-engine rankings or advertising results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build n Found's total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any initial payment. If you cancel after work has begun, we keep payment for the work completed up to that point and refund the rest. We may pause or end a project, with notice, if payment is late or required cooperation (content, feedback) is not provided. The Monthly Website Plan requires a 12-month commitment; cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote and do not make the plan a month-to-month service.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to submit fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive requests, and we may refuse service to anyone who does. We do not build websites for illegal products or services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply to new projects and requests from the date they are posted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Build n Found operates, without regard to conflict-of- laws rules. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
